evolutionary leap

When faced with a radical crisis,
when the old way of being in the world
of interacting with each other and with the realm of nature
doesn’t work any more,
when survival is threatened by seemingly insurmountable problems,
an individual human – or a species - will either die or become extinct
or rise above the limitations of their conditioning
through an evolutionary leap.
This is the state of humanity now,
and this is its challenge.
Eckhart Tolle

Namaste brother, although Eckhart is absolutely correct we need to add that this moment of NOW is equally perfect to the next. His book "The Power Of NOW" is excellent but I liked him better when he was a vagrant living on the streets of Vancouver. Eckhart has lost some of his true self to fame.

In Lak' ech, brother live in truth prosper in love...

Chris - thanks for the feedback and good wishes. I find it encouraging when anyone hits mainstream popularity through promoting views which fit in somewhat with my own worldview..... I am sure Eckhart is no more perfect than any of us, but he puts forward an important message clearly and simply, and then hammers away at it: I like that!
